Eligibility & accounts
SISU AI services are available to organizations capable of entering a binding agreement. You must provide accurate registration details, designate authorized users, and keep credentials secure. You are responsible for activity carried out under your account by employees, contractors, and partners, and must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use or security issue.
Use of the services
Operate the services only as permitted by documentation, applicable law, and these terms. You agree not to interfere with our infrastructure, bypass safety features, or deploy outputs in regulated or high-risk settings without appropriate review and safeguards. We may throttle, suspend, or terminate access if usage threatens platform stability or violates policy.
Your content & data
You retain ownership of the prompts, files, and outputs you provide. By using the services you grant SISU AI a limited license to host, process, and analyze that content to deliver requested functionality, enforce these terms, and improve safety and reliability. You are responsible for obtaining necessary consents and ensuring submissions do not infringe third-party rights or include restricted data outside any governing agreement.
Intellectual property & conduct
- SISU AI retains all rights to its models, APIs, datasets, documentation, and brand. Reverse engineering, extracting model weights, or using the services to build a competing model or dataset is prohibited.
- You must respect usage limits, security controls, export and sanctions regulations, and privacy obligations. Do not use the services to develop or distribute harmful, deceptive, or discriminatory solutions.
- Feedback, metrics, or suggestions you share with SISU AI may be used to improve the services without additional obligation to you.
Third-party services & compliance
The services may interoperate with third-party tools, datasets, or infrastructure. Your use of those components is subject to their terms, and you remain responsible for integrating them in a compliant manner. You must provide legally required notices to your end users, maintain appropriate security safeguards, and cooperate with investigations into suspected policy breaches.
Service levels & confidentiality
SISU AI implements administrative, physical, and technical safeguards designed to protect customer data. We aim to maintain enterprise-grade availability; planned maintenance or emergency updates will be communicated in advance whenever feasible. Customers agree to safeguard SISU AI confidential information with at least the same care they use for their own, and to promptly report any suspected incident involving the services.
Disclaimers & liability
The services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, SISU AI disclaims implied warranties—including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement—and is not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. SISU AI's aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid for the services during the twelve months preceding the claim, except where Ghanaian law prohibits such limitations.
Governing law & dispute resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana, excluding conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, the parties will first attempt in good faith to resolve it within thirty days of written notice. Failing resolution, the courts of Accra, Ghana, have exclusive jurisdiction, though SISU AI may seek injunctive relief in any forum to protect intellectual property or confidential information. We will post updates with a revised effective date, and continued use after an update signifies acceptance.
