Scope
This notice explains how SISU AI Limited (“SISU AI”, “we”) handles personal data across sisuai.com, the SISU AI platform and APIs, our models, and the SISU AI family of products: Vibelane, Altera, Rosanne AI (including the ROS browser and the Rosanne Agentic OS), Pibotix, Vaxus and Dinera.
Some products publish their own privacy notices. Where they do, those notices describe product-specific processing in more detail and apply alongside this one.
Information we collect
- Account and contact data: names, business emails, billing details, and support interactions that you or your organization provide.
- Usage data: device identifiers, log files, IP addresses, and telemetry about how features perform.
- Customer content: prompts, files, and outputs processed under your direction, including annotations or feedback you supply.
- Third-party sources: information from partners or publicly available records that help us verify accounts and improve service quality.
How we use information
- Provide, maintain, and secure SISU AI products, including troubleshooting, billing, and fraud prevention.
- Improve model performance, safety systems, and user experience using aggregated or de-identified analytics.
- Communicate important updates such as security advisories, feature changes, and regulatory notices.
Sensitive information
Some products are designed around sensitive topics. Vibelane, for example, supports mental health and well-being, so information you share there may reveal details about your health. We process sensitive information only where you choose to provide it and where the law allows—for example, with your explicit consent—and we protect it with additional safeguards.
Data on your device
Some products are designed to keep data on your device. ROS, for example, keeps your browsing history encrypted on your device and does not require an account. Where processing happens on your device, the product's notice explains what, if anything, leaves it.
USSD & SMS
When you use services through USSD or SMS—for example Dinera or Vaxus—your phone number and the content of your messages pass through your mobile network operator, which processes them under its own terms and privacy policy.
Legal bases for processing
- Performance of a contract when delivering services you or your organization request.
- Legitimate interests, such as securing the platform, preventing abuse, and improving our offerings.
- Consent for optional features like marketing communications or beta programs, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Compliance with legal obligations, including responding to lawful requests from regulators or authorities.
Retention & security
We retain personal data only as long as needed to fulfill the purposes described above or to satisfy legal requirements. Technical and organizational controls—such as encryption, access segmentation, logging, and regular testing—help safeguard information wherever it is processed. When data leaves its region of origin, we rely on contractual safeguards and internationally recognized protections.
Data locations
SISU AI operates primary infrastructure in the United States, with designated datasets and training corpora also hosted in Ghana. Cross-border transfers between these locations follow contractual and technical safeguards consistent with Ghanaian law and international standards.
Your rights & choices
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you.
- Receive a copy of certain information in a portable format or ask us to restrict processing.
- Object to processing based on legitimate interests or opt out of direct marketing communications.
Submit requests by emailing privacy@sisuai.com. We will respond consistent with applicable privacy laws, including those of the Republic of Ghana and other regions where we operate.
Updates & contact
We may revise this privacy notice to reflect changes in technology, regulation, or our services. Material updates will be posted with a new effective date. SISU AI Limited is incorporated in Ghana; you can reach our privacy team at privacy@sisuai.com with questions, complaints, or concerns about cross-border data transfers.
